TRANSORIENT wins the ‘Best Managed Companies Award’ for the second time
TRANSORIENT, one of Türkiye’s leading logistics companies, has achieved another significant success. TRANSORIENT GLOBAL LOJİSTİK A.Ş. received an award for the second time in the Best Managed Companies Program organized by Deloitte Private for the fifth time in Türkiye this year. TRANSORIENT Managing Partner Can Pakyürek said, “This award is not just an achievement, it is a very valuable reminder that we must move forward with stronger steps into the future.”
Launched in Canada in 1993, Deloitte Private’s Best Managed Companies Program continues to be implemented in 45 countries, including Türkiye. This program is carried out to evaluate the managerial performance and achievements of non-public companies in the countries where they operate and to reward them with a title symbolizing excellence. Each year, companies applying to the program compete for this prestigious title after their competencies and business practices are meticulously evaluated by an independent jury.
SUCCESS IN 4 MAIN CRITERIA
Can Pakyürek, Managing Partner at TRANSORIENT, stated that the Best Managed Companies Program, first implemented in Türkiye in 2018, is based on evaluating the management performance of private, non-public companies with Turkish ownership. He explained, “The evaluation is conducted based on four main criteria: strategy, competence and innovation, culture and commitment, and financial performance. With the guidance of Deloitte coaches, companies have the opportunity to analyze their own business practices, learn about best practices, and gain awareness of areas for improvement. Our company was recognized for passing these processes with the best results.
